Mazingira Association has been engaged for years in activities to raise awareness and information on the Italian territory. Since 2010, Mazingira has been involved in raising the awareness of the Trentino community to the themes of environmental conservation, sustainable development and cooperation, through educational courses in schools, awareness-raising events, information evenings, and other dissemination and communication practices.
Since its foundation, Mazingira has been committed to involving and raising the awareness of the Trentino community, and in general the Italian community, to the issues of environmental conservation, sustainable development and cooperation aimed at preserving man and his environment. Mazingira also strongly believes in the importance of knowing and valuing diversity, wherever it exists, and encourages intercultural exchanges between Tanzania and Trentino, also through initiatives and events such as exhibitions of photographs, creation and screening of audio-visual material, information events and workshops.
